Close to Times Square and Columbs Circle, it is centrally located with a friendly, bustling and exciting vibe. The area has a working-class history and gritty reputation, but in the past several years, developers have set up roots in this up-and-coming neighborhood. Along Ninth Avenue and Tenth Avenues are where most of the retail, dining and nightlife is located. There are tons of restaurants to choose from in the neighborhood that provide a mix of cuisines from all over the world. The nightlife is also diverse with a plethora of dive bars, lounges, pubs, and clubs. While the neighborhood is rapidly changing, it has simultaneously been able to keep stay close to its roots.
